We have unrivalled experience in scheduling vehicles and crews to optimise resources. This involves the integration of school and conventional bus networks, using in-house fleets efficiently; transferring in-house operations to the private sector and the introduction of demand-responsive transport to replace conventional buses. We are a licensed user of Omnibus Systems’ software.

We use journey time and delay analysis to develop ‘real time’ timetables and achievable schedules and to identify pinch points which result in significant delays to buses.
