Non-Emergency Health Transport

We often work with Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services (NEPTS) and other healthcare providers. Projects include hospital travel plan reviews, ‘Total Transport’ schemes and reviews of the non-emergency transport services commissioned by NHS trusts.

We provide advice on contract and delivery specifications, training and quality standards, capacity optimisation and marketplace analysis, over a wide range of passenger transport modes such as ambulances, taxis, public transport and community transport and on the movement of goods and supplies, including the measurement of environmental performance.
