Community Transport Governance

We provide a bespoke Trustee Board development service to help community transport operators ensure their governance arrangements are fit for the future. Most frequently, this involves a collective ‘challenge’ session to assess service plans against identified and potential needs which informs a review of the overall business model and defines the resources and skills required.
