What we were asked

We were asked to provide information and intelligence on a range of specialist passenger transport markets in the UK, to enable our customer to formulate business expansion plans. An initial high level examination of the entire market enabled G4S to choose sectors for further, detailed study.

What we did

We examined the total size and shape of the existing market in each sector and the value and length of contracts. We looked at the relevant demographics to assess market demand and evaluated current and future trends.

For each of the agreed market sectors, we obtained significant information on contract types and typical awards and a description of compliance factors and barriers to entry. We illustrated our findings with relevant case studies.
