Staff Training
We deliver training courses for people working at all levels in the bus industry. Our team of consultants has extensive, hands-on experience throughout the industry and we have used our knowledge to create courses suitable for shop stewards: supervisors; junior, middle and senior managers and directors.
Course modules include the development of the bus industry and its regulation, operating models, customer service, drivers’ hours, vehicle and crew scheduling and route costing. These and others are included in our off-the-shelf courses or you can pick and mix them to suit the needs of your business.
Our customers range from small independent bus operators to large groups including Go Ahead and First.
